Hello and welcome to Monday Mailbag!

You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?). Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.

This week’s question:

While we could all just go out and exercise, it’s a bit more fun if we have things to use. Maybe it’s a machine at the gym, your ipod/mp3 player, your ankle weights you don’t even notice you’re wearing anymore… What is your favourite ‘tool of the trade’? What makes your fitness life a bit easier and/or more fun?

    My favorite Tool of the Trade is called “FORM.” It is a capsule that I take 30 minutes before I eat, and it makes me feel full. It is totally safe, has no negative side affects, and works 100% of the time. I have recently lost over 30 pounds, and with the addition of this capsule each day, I have control and eat small portions. Portion control has always been an issue for me, and now I eat regularly - like the thin people! I love it. If you want to know more, just email me at shastalorri@yahoo.com
