Monday Mailbag 49 - Knowing Your Body
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.
You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?).
Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.
Easy peasy. Wanna play?
This week’s question:
If nothing else, my experience with trying to get fit and live a healthier life has taught me to get in touch with my body. No, not literally. I mean… to pay attention. Am I really hungry or am I just bored? Is that tickle in my throat something stuck or am I getting a cold?
I’ve learned to help stay off illness by just paying attention to my body and working with it instead of trying to control it or being controlled by it.
I’m wondering…
Do you know your body?
Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!
(If you have any question suggestions for MM, I’d be happy to hear them! I don’t promise to use all suggestions, but I do promise to read them. Thanks!)

I literally learn new things about my body every day. Not only am I learning to listen to it, but also to interpret its signals correctly. What an awesome journey if discovery this is!

To say the least.
I’m still getting to know mine, though too many things are still mysteries…
