Monday Mailbag 48
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.

This week’s question:
Because I am on meal replacements, my eating is more nutritionally balanced than it used to be. Sure, I was eating quite healthy before, but I’m sure I missed out on things here and there. Thus, I used to take vitamins. Heck, taking calcium daily used to be the only thing that would help me combat the headaches/migraines I used to have nearly all the time. But, as usual, I slack off and I haven’t been taking any lately.
I’m wondering…
Do you take vitamins and/or minerals?
