Monday Mailbag 47
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.

This week’s question:
Even though I am on meal replacement and thus am quite limited in what I consume, I still love cooking. If anything, doing this has enhanced my love of cooking even though I don’t get to eat any of it. I can’t say that I make a lot of healthy things - I like baking which means sweets most of the time - but I make healthier things by cooking from scratch.
I’m wondering…
