I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.

This week’s question:
I realized that today is the last Monday of February and thus we’re almost well and truly past two months into this year. I think it’s an appropriate time to check in to see how we’re doing with things! Even if you didn’t make specific goals for this year, I’m sure you have at least one accomplishment you have made health/fitness-wise so far.
I’m wondering…
