Monday Mailbag 29
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.
You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?).
Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.
Easy peasy. Wanna play?
This week’s question:
The Biggest Loser Australia has started and this time they have ‘Biggest Loser couples’ in the running. There are twins, best friends, mother and daughter, father-in-law and daughter-in-law… They are only a few shows in, but it has been interesting to see the ‘doubles dynamic’ present for this season.
I’m wondering…
Do you find shows like The Biggest Loser inspiring? Annoying? Do you/have you watch(ed) any similar shows?
Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!
(If you have any question suggestions for MM, I’d be happy to hear them! I don’t promise to use all suggestions, but I do promise to read them. Thanks!)

Biggest Loser inspired me to see the possibilities for success, especially with regards to exercise. Now, it serves more as soap opera but it still helps to keep me focused on my own progress.

I’m feeling more like it’s a soap opera these days, but I definitely found it incredibly inspirational in the beginning.
