Monday Mailbag 26
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.

This week’s question:
I thought that, instead of a question, this week we could do a list. I love lists, right along with numbers, statistics and whatnot. Plus, lists are fun and easy.
Plus, with things going the way they are, I really feel like I could use some encouragement and advice from people who have been where I’ve been. It never hurts to get a helping hand from your fitness friends.
List five things you think everyone trying to live a healthier life should know.
