Monday Mailbag 24
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.

This week’s question:
Something I have been missing lately, as far as getting fit success goes, is positive visualization. It’s been a long time since I’ve thought about rewards, thought about what it’s going to be like at my goal weight, or anything even close to that. I definitely need to concentrate on more positive things.
It’s with that in mind that I’m wondering…
What is the first thing you’ll do when you get to your goal weight?
