Monday Mailbag 20

by

I took last week off to ‘regather’ my forces and get going again. Now I’m back and ready for action this week, which means Monday Mailbag is back too! I hope you’ll join in and play along.

You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?).

Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.
Easy peasy. Wanna play?

This week’s question:

There are a lot of ways to ‘detox’ out there. From lemonade concoctions to soup to water fasting, I have read dozens of websites and books. I have done a couple water fasts, a juice detox plan… If nothing else, they were interesting experiences, and I did feel like I had physically ‘cleaned’ my slate.

Heck, I’ll probably do another (albeit different) detox program. However, I know people are against pretty much all detox programs.

I’m wondering…

Have you ever detoxed? Did you use a program? How did it go? Would you do it again?

Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!

(If you have any question suggestions for MM, I’d be happy to hear them! I don’t promise to use all suggestions, but I do promise to read them. Thanks!)

I’m a big believer of detoxing (suprise, surprise!) I have water fasted, juice feasted and fruit fasted and I think that they are all fabulous! I’m actually planning on writing about detox for this coming Fertile Friday.

You wouldn’t believe some of the crap I’ve received in the past from people who don’t believe in fasting. Bleugh.
