I took last week off to ‘regather’ my forces and get going again. Now I’m back and ready for action this week, which means Monday Mailbag is back too! I hope you’ll join in and play along.

This week’s question:
When it comes to me losing weight, it’s more of a matter than ‘just cutting down the calories’. More often than not, people getting fit have to deal with mental, physical and/or emotional issues that are tied up in food, eating, self-image, etc. So often there is just plain more to it.
I have personally come through quite a few mental and emotional hangups about food. Beyond that, there have been physical hereditary issues to deal with as well.
I’m wondering…
Besides getting fit, what other mental, physical and/or emotional issues (that you care to talk about) are you dealing with beyond the straight ‘losing weight’?
