I took last week off to ‘regather’ my forces and get going again. Now I’m back and ready for action this week, which means Monday Mailbag is back too! I hope you’ll join in and play along.

This week’s question:
I’ve done what I like to call ‘occasional dieting’ for years now, but I first really dedicated myself to getting fit when I got married. (I made a huge step by moving to Australia, but that wasn’t a conscious decision in the area of fitness.) Since then, I have been trying different exercises, diets and healthy habits.
About one and a half years later, there are many things I wish I could go back and tell myself. From little habits to the doctors to see, there are quite a few things I know now that I didn’t know then.
This week, I’m wondering…
If you could go back in time and talk to yourself at the beginning of your fitness journey, what would you tell yourself?
