Monday Mailbag 15

by

I took last week off to ‘regather’ my forces and get going again. Now I’m back and ready for action this week, which means Monday Mailbag is back too! I hope you’ll join in and play along.

You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?).

Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.
Easy peasy. Wanna play?

This week’s question:

It’s not secret that some people work better while in the company of others and some people work better when they are going at it on their own. Support when you are on the journey to get fit is important, but people can support you without changing their own habits.

When I started out, the plan was about me getting healthier. Me losing weight. But since then, my husband has begun to focus on his own health and the ways he would like to improve his fitness. It’s with that in mind that we bought an elliptical for both our home use.

This week, I’m wondering…

Are you working by yourself to make your life healthier or are you doing it with spouse/family/friends?

Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!
