Monday Mailbag 10

by

Hello and welcome to Monday Mailbag!

You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?). Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.

Easy peasy. Wanna play?

This week’s question:

For last week’s Thursday Thirteen, I listed thirteen things that I do to help motivate myself. But surely there are a lot more fun and interesting ways to motivate yourself out there. So I’m wondering…

What do you do to motivate yourself?

Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!

Previous Questions:

One - When and why did you get started on the journey to lose weight/get fit/tone up/the whole nine yards?
Two - What are you doing to get fit? Diet plan? Exercise plan? Little steps here and there? How does your plan(s) work for your personality?
Three - What are your other reasons for getting/staying fit? Who are you getting/staying fit for other than you?
Four - In your fitness journey, what has been the hardest thing to give up? (For the most part or completely.)
Five - What are your weigh-in habits? How often do you weigh in? Do you use a digital scale or other? Do you take measurements when you weigh in as well? Do you keep track of your weigh-ins ways besides on your blog?
Six - How have your friends, family and fellow weight loss/fitness bloggers helped you?
Seven - What little changes have you made and stuck with since starting your weight loss journey?
Eight - What is your favourite ‘tool of the trade’? What makes your fitness life a bit easier and/or more fun?
Nine - Instead of answering a question this week, share some of your favourite healthy recipes with your readers!
