Mailbag Monday 31
I’m in need of some positive thinking and visualization exercises for the future. I want to think about my goal, ground myself a bit, and then go after it with all I have once more. I hope you’ll join me in doing so and play Monday Mailbag.
You know how it works – MM is my tribute to my love of receiving mail (or is it just my loathing of an empty mailbox?).
Every Monday I will post my question for you to answer on your blog. You then come back here and leave a link to where you’ve posted your answer so we can all get to know each other.
Easy peasy. Wanna play?
This week’s question:
In addressing my mental food and fitness ‘issues’, I’m trying to focus a lot on positive activities, positive images, etc and the things I already do that are great for my health. One of those things is dancing! I love, love, love dancing, even though I haven’t had many lessons.
Besides dancing, I also love stretching! It may seem silly, but stretching feels soooo good, and it’s good for your muscles as well.
I’m wondering…
What are your non-food indulgences?
Remember to leave a link to your answer in the comments!
(If you have any question suggestions for MM, I’d be happy to hear them! I don’t promise to use all suggestions, but I do promise to read them. Thanks!)

I couldn’t get in here last night, but this morning is fine…
I blogged about my fitness indulgence just yesterday: NAPS!
http://tippytoediet.com/2009/03/makeover-monday-zzzzzzz.html
I love naps, but sometimes feel guilty taking them when there are things to be done. When I do work one in, it feels like such a luxury, and I know I feel better for doing it.

Ooooo, I love naps. Especially lately! Haha. It seems all I do is sleep, but so it goes when you’re ill.
